They settled on a 4.4m x 3.7m Contemporary Roof HUP extension, finished in Anthracite Grey.

The exterior walls are finished in white silicone render to match the rest of the property, while an internal pelmet houses downlighting throughout. Aluminium frames and French doors complete the build.
