The homeowner came to us wishing to create further living space for their detached property in Wellesbourne. With comparatively limited space in their garden, we were able to design and create a 4.2m x 3.7m Orangery incorporating a lantern roof and thermally favorable HUP walls, finished in the latest ‘Brick Slip’ rail system providing a traditional brick feel to the exterior.

The roof lantern was finished in white, matching the frames of the 3-section bi-fold doors, and 2 ‘push out’ windows. The roof has been finished with a concealed gutter, with a black 2-tier flat cornice and fascias, providing a comfortable yet elegant addition that sits perfectly with the rest of the property. Finally finishing the building off with electric underfloor heating and wood plank effect tiling.
