Our customer came to us looking to make more of their garden space at their home in Solihull.

The result was a 5.1m x 3.5m contemporary Insulated Rooffinished in white with an insulated roof and a decorative cornice concealing the guttering. An internal pelmet houses downlighting throughout, while white aluminium frames and French doors complete the build.

Electric underfloor heating and tiling were added for year-round comfort, giving the family a stylish new room to enjoy whatever the season.
