Our customer wanted to add extra space to their home in Wootton Wawen, without losing the traditional character of the property.

The result was a 4.2m x 3.2m Contemporary Roof built with traditional brickwork, topped with an insulated roof and a decorative cornice concealing the guttering. Finished in Anthracite Grey and White, the build includes an internal pelmet for downlighting along with PVC windows and French doors.

With electric underfloor heating and tiling throughout, the new room provides a warm and comfortable space for the family to enjoy all year.
