Our customer approached us with a 3.7 x 4.5m conservatory that had become worn and in need of transformation into a more functional, year-round space. After exploring various design and construction options, the clients opted to dismantle the conservatory roof, frames, and brickwork down to the damp course and rebuild from the ground up.

Our process involved squaring off the existing conservatory base with new concrete footings and a fresh damp course on the corners. We subsequently constructed new pillars and dwarf walls using traditional brickwork, which was then finished with our contemporary insulated roof and aluminium frames.

The clients now enjoy a completely new room that is suitable for use throughout the entire year."
