Nigel and all at Heart of England

Prior to arriving at Heart of England we had visited many hot tub retailers listening to numerous salespeople telling us how their Hot Tubs were the only ones to buy.

In contrast, the welcome we received at Heart of England was quite different. Questions were answered in relation to your products, leaving me to make up my own mind as to what was best for us. There was no pressure to buy on our first visit and in fact we were openly encouraged to go and wet test the others, then come back and wet test yours.

We decided to buy from Heart of England and hoped that, not knowing anything about hot tubs, the after sales service was as attentive.

I was again pleasantly surprised as the Heart of England team are still as good today as the first time we arrived at the showsite.

We wanted to send this note firstly to say a big thank you to all at Heart of England and secondly for the benfit of anybody else interested in purchasing a hot tub. If you are in the same position as we were, then I can recommend Heart of England for outstanding before and after sales service.

We have been using our Master Spas Hot Tub now for just over a week and have had great fun with it and we have been very pleased with the quality of the product.

The service we have received from Nigel at Heart Of England has been excellent. The sales process was straightforward and honest without being pushy. Nigel guided us through the infrastructure we needed to ensure smooth and prompt installation, which included using the services of his recommended electrican and groundwork preparation team, who both did a professional job.

We received good instruction on how to use and care for our tub at home which has been enhanced by good supporting service over the phone.

As you are aware my wife and I first approached "Heart of England" regarding a Summerhouse and after considering your products and services and those on offer elsewhere we went ahead and placed an order with your company.

The Summerhouse project from the point of placing an order to installation by your expert team of installers was first class and we were delighted with the finished results. So much so that a few months later when we were considering the idea of a log cabin to be used as a home gym together with a large hot tub, we both felt there was only one place within the Midlands to go.

After discussing our needs you helped us to make a decision regarding a modified log cabin and a top of the range hot tub.
